    Hi everyone,

    When I read emails on my Storm 2 on OS 713 (though I have had this problem on all the OSes) and I try to scroll down, the email skips around, sometimes it jumps up and other times it jumps down.

    Has anyone found a fix for this?

    Same here but infrequently.
