I think there is a lot of performance improvements (I went .75 -> .113 -> .132 -> .148 which seems to have been the best route)..... No more freeze ups or self-reboots.
Even if .113 and .148 were identical you should upgrade simply because its official, so there can be no question of warranty issues and so forth.
