ok so on the right side of the storm 2 there is the headset jack, the volume buttons and the right side convenience key. Wtf is that little hole under the convenience key. Why is it there what purpose does it serve? I am very curious as to what this is.

Its for a lanyard....you take off the battery door and pull the lanyard through.

Its a spot for a small lanyard. Take the battery door off and you can see it better.

Yeah, looks like RIM found that having a spot for a lanyard was more important than a new/better browser! Lol go figure...

Ya I hooked a lanyard up to it the other week, and it really did not stay hooked up. I'm really glad i wasn't holding it by the lanyard only or I would have a f'ed up storm! Hahaaa
