i just have facebook and the reboot program thats like the battery pull. I havent downloaded anything other than that though, and I'm just in my house, so I don't think I would be global roaming, but its still there

If you submit a web form and do not have phone service at the time a message will appear asking if you would like to save the request or something like that. There should be a message in the 'Messages' folder on your storm.

It means you have a new web page downloaded...did you bookmark a page and have it store a version locally?

mthurman was right. I checked my messages folder and it said that a webpage was done loading so i just went to it and the message went away. thanks!
