It seems to be a slight upgrade over .132

If you use the media player with audio boost turned on, it's a HUGE upgrade over anything to date. Incoming alerts no longer bork the sound.

This OS rocks! No issues whatsoever. VZW should make this their official release.

Just upgraded from .132. Seems a smidgeon smoother. Transitions just a touch faster. .132 was already good so this was worth the upgrade.

Cant complain. It definitely helped the Hybrid scene!
Finally have a radio/sfi that is comparable to .109's (IMHO). Overall solid, but im not sure if its VZW solid (we will see).

I have a huge memory leak, same as with .132 and .75. I still get the "clock" on incoming calls, if the deivce even rings at all. The browser is faster and the camera is much better.

I have booted up on .148 5 times, each starting at 32mb. With in the next 2 hours I am at 20. Nothing running. Could it be viggo?

Great OS except this and I have to hold the screen down for 1 second for it to turn on. Does anyone have this problem?

i dont recognize that there are many changes from the things i use, but it is very solid all around for me and my next task is a .148/5.0 hybrid to try out. as for .148 though i have had no freezing,, reboots, need for batt pulls, i have great service and response from the phone, no lag and havent found bugs that were typical in some of the last few builds so it seems to be a solid improvement i say 1000% upgrade and give it a few days to try out and see what it does for you

I can say without a doubt .148 has no leak. That's my story. YMMV

I enjoyed .148...and now I'm enjoying the hybrid even more I would suggest to those of you who can, download the hybrid on top of .148. The browser is lightning fast, fast restarts, free memory is amazing, and the Shrink-A-OS doesn't hurt much either The hybrid from Lyricidal is like the icing on the cake

Just discovered that .148 is booting up with more app memory than .132. I now begin with 40.1 mb instead of around 33.4. Don't know why but I will take it.

Best build so far. I highly recommend it. I'm very happy with the phone, no negative issues. Will say this too, this is by far the BEST actual cell PHONE I've owned in over 20 years of having them.

    That's what I have now.... .132.
Is it enough of an improvement that I should go for it?

Weeeell..... I took the plunge and upgraded from .132 to .148. I say plunge because I had no issues with .132 outside of the sound profile bug that had persisted with each build.

The biggest difference I noticed was about 7 megs extra of app memory. I guess the basic OS is slimmer (???).

Performance wise.... It is a little smoother than even .132 and a slightly faster on the trandscending from screen to screen. slightly but it's there. But hey, baby steps right?

This will now be my stopping point until an official OS unless a new leak proves itself to be just as bug free and faster yet.

I am considering going back to .132. after installing the software, my phone automatically rebooted twice, and my mms didn't work until i manually rebooted three times. I keep having distorted pictures (which was not a problem when i had the .132) and the keyboard is as slow as when i had the .75. im not feeling this update at all right now
