Don't pull the battery and let the garbage collector that is built into the OS do it's job and recover the memory for you.

Eh, the only time that it is really needed is if the actual performance of the phone is lacking, if there is a stuck notification or anything that is abnormal.

No reason to be scared, and isnt it on the App world store? It works great for at least 97% of users. Never any issues for me.
