    i have been trying to remove some cods from the java folder to increase my memory. i tried to remove the sample pic cods with no luck. i removed a couple of cods that i thought were the right ones but the sample pics still remain.

    does anyone know which cods we can remove to accomplish this along with removing the sample song or any other useless stuff to increase our memory?

    Heres something--> http://forums.crackberry.com/f135/de...memory-103830/

    Basically it just depends on what you use and don't use. But be careful.

    What OS are you running.....

    I used CrackMem.... with both the .109 hybrid and .109 itself. Both times it removed the wallpaper .cod files AND both times the wallpaper was still there!

    I have filemanager pro on the storm.... I think I had to have it show hidden files and found the sample pic folder under device memory. I simply deleted the sample pic FOLDER and they were gone.
