I tried to create a new account and it told me that my account was already active. I have no idea what my username and password would be, so I requested a reset of the password and got this email back:

User name and password don't exist. Please use your device to access Blackberry Internet Service.

Should i be able to log in from the web, and if so, what is available once inside.

It is the PC version of the email settings program on your phone. The user name and password for the web page are the ones you set up on the phone. I use the web page to set up filters and to send service books when the option from the phone doesn't seem to work.

Yes, you should be able to log in with the same info you used upon activation to the service from you Storm (if memory serves, it's part of the initial "tutorial"/setup. Although, the link you provided is not quite correct for Verizon, should be https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw. Question is... did you purchase your Storm new directly from Verizon, or from some other source (ebay, 3rd/private party, etc.) ?

If you used your phone to setup the email accounts then you need to do the following. Go to email setup on your BB. Once their hit the BB key and select Create new account. Follow steps from there.

You may not have set up a password yet. On your phone, go to the Setup folder then open e-mail settings. If it asks you for a username/password there, that's the username/password you will use for the web site. If it does not, you can select the menu | Create User Name to set one up.

On the BIS web page, you can do some more advanced things than the on-phone app, such as setting up a connection to an OWA account. I did this on my wife's phone so that she could get her work e-mail.

I got my phone at the Verizon shop. They set all of that up for me, so I have no idea what they would have used for a username and password.

I just went in and created a @vzw.blackberry.net account, but that user name and password wont let me in either.

Call Verizon. They can reset your user name and password over the phone.
