    i had it 3 times today!!!!!! yes i used the phone a bit heavy, but wth im not going to restrict my usage on a $500 phone lol

    each time i was doing something else, so i couldnt really pinpoint it

    standard SMS...then the phone froze... battery pull work but now I can't text or surf internet...? WTF!?
