Just got off the phone with technical support. I was able to order my replacement....it sounds like it won't be a new device though. She said I'm going to have to use my battery and everything, so looks like it is going to be refurbished (which is fine as long as it works well).
She said I can expect it in 2-3 business days, which surprised me, considering most people won't be getting theres until the 15th or after.
She didn't mention the media card, so I assume I keep mine.
