    So when I boot up my s2 it moves fine until about almost 3/4ths of the way..then it sticks for about 3-4 minutes...any ideas....

    The phone is restarting. If it boots up there isn't a problem. If it bothers you that the "bar sticks" then don't look at it.

    In the later builds, they have started to do that. Why? I don't know. It is perfectly normal though.

    It doesn't. I just installed 6.0.1.248 on my device today and the problem was still there. The time machine remote control app feature has been fixed though, although...oh wait...I already said too much.

    I'm looking forward to being able to start my dishwasher remotely, and finally ditch my garage door opener!
