when i launch loader.exe i click run as admin done it every time but when i do it wount reconize my fone but if i us double click the loader it will reconize it but i wont upload the os just apps so any ideas whats goin on

wow i just read what i wrote srry bout that but my problem is when i run loader.exe as admin it will not recognize that my blackberry is connected to the computer but if i just run the loader normally by just double clicking it will go through the whole loading process but will not load the os just wonts to update apps and stuff my question is why wont it recognize my bb when i run as admin

What O/S is on your computer? I use XP Pro and I do not have to set "run as admin." I was told that is only needed for VISTA ANd WIN 7.

Do you have the OS that you are trying to install running? You must run the OS before opening app loader.
