Over the past few days i have been hearing a weird chime or notification, it prevents me from hearing vmails(youmail) and pandora. But there is nothing on the screen showing i have a message or anything at all? no red blinking light. Cant figure it out, but its driving me crazy.

Any ideas?

its random, ive changed some tones and alerts and it still chimes off at random times.

Possibly off base idea, but I had a heck of a time with a mystery chime and message indicator until I realized that WeatherBug sends an alert whenever there is a weather warning. Just an idea....

Do any of you have BB beta podcasts installed?
I had one that sounded like notifier dimples I think. It was very random. I installed Lyr's hybrid and haven't activated podcasts yet and I haven't had it go off since.

Podtrapper will throw up a notification when it snags a fresh podcast. Drove me nuts till I realized what it was.
