Alright guys and gals got my storm yesterday. To be honest this is my first Blackberry. I have owned windows phones and regular cell phones. I do have to say this phone is the bomb. Here's my issue and my only issue. When I get a phone call and my ringtone goes off if i tap not hit the camera button on the side the ringtone shuts off. It will stay off and when the next call comes through it stills stays off until i tap that camera button again. I love this forum I am learning so much
i did a battery pull because the one time i tapped it the ringtone completely turned off even though the sound was on loud. I pulled the battery again and it works but the camera button is still acting like a mute ket it is kind of annoying because i grab my phone and i am always tapping that side
