does anyone have a weird icon that has a 1 with the old voice mail icon next to it? i have cleared the voicemails but this icon has been on here since i bought it

As long as you have cleared all voice messages, it will go away eventually. Probably just a lag on Verizon's network.

You actually have to call VZW to get it cleared... it's a known issue.
