It's stuck on the Enable My Location? screen. The keyboard is always there and I can't even access the BB menu by hitting the button. I've disabled compatibility mode and still no luck.

Double check to make sure compatibility mode is off. Make sure you have bb maps installed and your gps set to location on.

Ok I had to do a battery pull after I installed it.

Check your downloads folder, most people that are having this problem aren't checking this folder first. Also to check if it is actually installed : Options> Advanced Options> Applications> Weatherbug 0.1.0.274 is the latest.
