Hello All,
I upgraded to the new Storm OS beta version .99
Since doing this I have been unable to run weatherbug appropriately. I have uninstalled and re-installed - battery pulls after battery pulls, but still no luck. When I click on the weatherbug icon it shows my keyboard and message box "locating gps...." I ensured my gps location is on but still nothing.

Has anyone experienced this or can assist me with this issue.

I had trouble with this in the past. The resolution was to first run BB Maps and allow it the GPS to work its mojo. Afterward, Weatherbug worked fine.
