BBweather is a free app that I used for a long time and never had any issues with it. I know use Berryweather which costs 9.95 but by far is the best weather app I have tried

I will second what bmtenney said. For a free app, bbweather is really great. Lean, but usefull. Used it for at least a month. BerryWeather is my current weather app and I don't see myself changing anytime soon. It is a feature rich weather app.
I used weatherbug since it was in first in beta. It was a and probably still is a good app, but it definitely has its problems on my Storm. That is the one reason I went searching.

I used WeatherBug for a long time and now use BerryWeather. It will cost you, but it's my favorite for sure. It doesn't suck the battery too much if you have it update every couple hours or so.
