I've had weatherbug working for some time, and last night it decided to stop working.. if I run it.. it locks my phone for a solid minute plus, no ui comes up.. it runs in background, but never launches.. the icon never updates either. The only thing I did last night was uninstall some misc applications I didn't need, like google talk, etc.. I didn't uninstall any core blackberry stuff.. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Weatherbug direct works.
I have found that weatherbug is garbage, just like on the PC. It drains may battery fast and only works some of the time. I love the concept of having the icon with the temp showing, but it just has too many other probs to be worth it for me. I wish a better weather app would be available.
You said you were uninstalling stuff... did you remove BB Maps? Weatherbug has to have it to function.

Ah yes I did.. Thank you.. I use google maps and garmin gps so I figured I wouldn't need blackberry maps.. Weird. I couldn't remember the list of things I removed either which was killing me. bad memory..
I don't quite understand why weatherbug needs it, but it should atleast check or something instead of bombing out.. I'll go ahead and add that back because I do like weatherbug.. it hasn't caused me any issues prior to this.
