    In CT the system is so slow they are "reserving" the phone but are not setting it up or allowing you to take it with you........anyone else having problems?

    same in NY. waited for 2 hours then had to leave. they said their computers werent responding anymore

    L Street Store in DC had system wide problems. I reserved my phone and have to go pick it up after 1PM.

    at 11am the store I was at told us there was a system wide crash in New England, they "set-up" our accounts on paper and let us take the phones.
