I'm just curious if Verizon reps get to test new OS's for blackberries. Specifically the storm lol. If any verizon reps have seen the new OS or know when it will be here, please let us know!!

typically no verizon store rep tests any kind of software. they are so low on the chain. verizon has specific personal whos job is test out new equipment and certify phones.

the stores are the last to know. Only Network and QA really know the deal. The only people that are less in the loop are the service techs in the stores.

well, let me ask you this question then. If or when a new official OS is released would there still be leaks of "newer" versions of OS's? I know there probably won't be any "exact" answer. Mostly speculation I would assume.

By the time an official OS is finally released by the carrier, RIM will be 100 versions past the one we recieve.

Whether or not they are "leaked" is up to the people who test it. Judging by the way the Storm forums go these days, it's doubtful.
