has anyone received the "Private Sale Invitation" from Verizon?

I just received this in the mail...it is different than the one already posted about the $100. This offer shows I am eligible for NE2 w/annual upgrade discount and then has discounted prices on other phones.

There is a section in the flyer about the Storm but no pricing.

Just curious if any of you have seen this yet.

Does it have the last 4 digits of the primary phone number at the bottom right side? If so, I did yesturday! And they will do the early 2 year upgrade.
