nice pic, but, how'd you get it, cause I've yet to see that screen in any of my DM's and unless you're in one of the test groups at verizon, or RIM, there's no way that's not a photoshopped pic, cause if it was out there for you to get it, the rest of us would all have our hands on it too...
hey ! all your lucky guys on 9530 ...dissussing and chatting as well ...
I am on 9500 vodafone and I feel jealous because as this time we have
nothing to say...ha..ha..ha..
So is this gonna have the actual mute button work? Because it's really annoying not being able to mute my phone. I don't care about when it's locked I just want a quick way to silence it.
My mute button works just like it should? Mutes a phone call when on the phone, mutes media when listening to music? What else should it do?
if this is true.. THANK GOD!!!!
I'm actually going to get some verification from our "inside" guy here at the center who sends us all the "latest" news from VZW. I'm certainly crossing my fingers... it will save us lots of headaches and frusterated customers. I feel for you guys who are still waiting.
Been running .148 and have to say I am very disappointed that the new release is nothing more than this. Trying to be patient but I guess I will have to stay with the hybrids for more up to date fixes and enhancements!

I honestly don't see what is better about the hybrids than .148 - IMHO, .148 does away with the need for a hybrid. (Not to minimize anything the hybrid creators have cooked up)

Uhh, did you download and install leaked .148? Because then you'd see it too!
well if you're just gonna use the same OS, there's no need to wipe that part. the issue is in the databases...if it were a botched OS install, the JL Commander wipe would be prudent, but it's a tad overkill for what i'm proposing...
I backed up my 3rd party apps using the steps shown in the "Install OS Thread". I have no problem wiping my phone and reinstalling the OS, which I did once before. However, I read that the new version of vlingo is a stripped down version that removes a bunch of functionality. Can I install vlingo from my back-up file? I understand that's basically what the back-up is for, but I've just never done it.
