Maybe the apps are giving you the trouble. I take it that you tried each one on .148?

It won't link up. I've looked at the configurations and seems fine. However, when I use Weatherbug, GoogleMaps, Where - or any other applications that uses a location/GPS - the applications state that there is no GPS.

Man that has to be hardware. If every app is not seeing the GPS, the GPS isn't sending data when it's polled. Last ditch effort... have you tried Signal Locator?

Alright, you guys are making me want to give .148 another try before I take it back. Keep in mind this is the same phone I got the morning of release in Nov. Any of you using one that old??

But keep in mind, my GPS could just be operator stupidity.

Did you load BB maps with .148?
If not, that's probably your problem.

my battery has lasted 2 days, and havent rebooted for almost 6 days now

Same here, only 1 reboot since .148 installed on the night it was leaked & that was to remove some apps a I installed & didn't like. It has been the best of the non hybrid OS so far.

In all fairness, try it. However, if you are sastified with .132 - then stick with what you are happy with.

so how is 4.7.0.203 the same as the .148 if the numbers don't match?

does it sound too good for you all that verizon would actually be able to sneak a different build on you guys? they do have access to pretty much all the builds

n00bs.....its only 148, nothing new here at all. We will know tomorrow if it passes testing. It may be released next week
