    Has anyone else had problems with VVM w/Verizon? When I activated my Storm from a Voyager, I was use to VVM and loved it. Got to the storm, and not luck. Keeps saying "Your account is being updated in 5 minutes please wait till then blah blah blah". I've called Verizon twice now. "Escalated the ticket" after not hearing back from them in 48 hours like I was promised... Just don't understand.

    The only issue I've had with it is that the earpiece volume is much lower than the normal earpiece volume. Other than that it's been working great. I do remember having that problem when I had a Voyager and had to have verizon do some magic in their system for it to work, it wasn't a phone thing.
