really have no reason to since the 9530 will do everything the 9500 does and more. Unless you are planning on doing what there have been a million threads on here about and that is transporting it to another carrier. Then in that case read those threads and you may find your answer.

WG, i've checked them but didn't find anyone mentioning how they will get the vodafone version here state side excluding ebay

I was wondering the same thing, the only thing I can think of is that it does CDMA which is nothing to be happy about for Europeans.
