This is a Beginner's problem that is very well covered on this site. Please use the search tools to your advantage. Vlingo works OK on Storm, but it will improve dramatically soon, in my opinion.

You can do a search of the forums and search for Vlingo+storm you will get a number of bits especially int the 3rd parth apps section and the tips and tricks thread.
search for the thread called "Vlingo for Storm?". Not to get on you too much...but can't believe you searched and found nothing...there are aleast 10 vlingo topics.
