    Hey guys,

So I signed up for visual voicemail yesterday, and at the final screen it tells me my "profile is being updated and to relaunch visual voicemail in five minutes".

Well the problem is im stil getting this message 24 hours later. I check my account at verizon.com and it is showing visual voicemail as a suscribed service...

What Ive tried to resolve this: Battery pull, reinstall the app, delete and reinstall the app. Im running .75 as well. Any help would be appreciated.

VVMis a pay for app. You might have to call Verizon, I did. They will delete it re-install and check for you.

Oh I forgot you were on 75. You have to upgrade to atleast 76. VVM can't run on 75

Why wouldnt vvm not be able to run on the os verison it was shipped with? And isnt 75 the most up to date "offical" version?

I would guess the app was installed after the os. Verizon told me to check for upgrades on my phone and I did it all from my phone. It does take an hour or so.

Probably from Veriozon like I said, or didn't you read that far. Every phone has different problems. That's why there are so many different questions. It didn't work on mine and it obviously didn't work on hers. Do you hate doing this? Maybe you like it.

Hope I dont dissapoint you, but IMO, visual voicemail has some issues. I have called 2 months in a row now to get a $2.99 credit. I am not paying for something that does not work right. When I do get a message, it takes forever to load it to play. Most of the time it will lock up. I have to end up calling *86 which turns out to be fsater than visual voicemail.

Great concept... I'd love to like it. But, if it does not improve, I'll cancel.

To answer your question, I had to call teckh support at Verizon one time to have my voicemail rest because of the same message. I bet that would help you too.

I'm sorry. I wasn't clear. It might work on others but they told me it wouldn't work on mine and they made me upgrade to 76
