I am currently using the roxio media manager to transfer Pineapple Express to my storm. It is TAKING FOREVER TO TRANSFER...is this always the case or am i doing something wrong? Any help would be great.
Go to options > memory and enable mass storage mode. When you connect your storm to your computer your media card and device memory should show up as drives with folders (G: and H: for me) under 'my computer'.
Just drag and drop movies, music, etc. into the appropriate folders. When you disconnect the storm, it will scan for new stuff and then it should be there.
Yes, the drag and drop is much faster to transfer files. But Roxio can convert media files to be more efficient on your Storm in the supported format, and it is the conversion that takes considerable amount of time.
