    I went to use the video portion of my BB Storm over the weekend and had some errors. After shooting the video it said that the format was incorrect and it would not play it back. I tried to see what format it was under and it was normal? Has anyone else had this issue? Should I take it back and exchange it for another? It's only three weeks at the most old.

    No, it's a general issue for all Storms running .75.

    So this is something that I have to deal with until the new OS release comes out? My video is not working at all. It will record but I'm not able to play back.

    It's people like this that help the Storm have a bad image. Stop thinking of returning it. Only return it if it has a hardware issue. You will still get the .75 OS on your replacement.

    Look in the Beta OS forum and upgrade to something other than .75. I'm on .109 and love it.
