Hello,
most other phones have it: ringtone and vibration at the same time when a call comes in. For BlackBerry devices a 3rd party application is needed.
Even in the new Storm OS that feature is not included.

BUT here is the link to the VibAndRing application specially for the Storm.
It used to cost $7.95 but now there is a price cut to only $4.95!
