Ok. I got the storm. My buddy at work has some new software that helps saves the battery life and u have a full keyboard without turning your phone sideways. He told me to come on here and follow the directions but I cant figure it out. Do i need to download some sort of software b4 I follow the directions or am i looking at the wrong forum? Im a very new to this. Can someone walk me threw this?

I may be wrong but it just sounds like he updated the operating system from the original .75. Just do a search for .109 os, there are tons of forums on how to update but be warned it could cause problems (none for me tho)

Yeah I don't know either about batt life but I know some folks say the updates have been helping. Maybe he is on that same bandwagon. (each device is different so it seems hard to compare)

I believe the .109 has the portrait qwerty, update the OS, check the OS section. Your friend should've at least given you links.
