    I thought it might be a good idea to start a thread to let people vent their verizon customer service stories.
    any way heres mine...
    Called customer service yesterday told them i placed my order on the 7th and was wondering when id get a tracking number they told me that i would recieve my storm by the 15th which was a little dissapointed by but no big deal called back today and they told me that i now wouldnt get it until the 17th at the earliest. good news is after spending an hour and a half on the phone with them they agreed to give me a months free service which is about 200 bucks.
    im so fed up with verizon sending out emails saying that you will recieve your order within 1-2 days if they really mean 1-2 weeks i understand that its backordered and that its a preprogramed response once the order is processed, but i think they need to implement a different response for back order items..... anxiously waiting for my storm
