Pity it's still a setup (the "actor" mark is obviously wearing a microphone). Spectators (in video as well as us) are essentially the real mark. Would love to see this done to a truly unsuspecting person.
The problem would be finding a Verizon customer just as they're about to make a phone call. That's not easy, and that's why they had to use an actor.
