    called vzw a few hours ago...and after being on hold for 45 mins, a rep told me that there was a nationwide data outage effecting MOST bun NOT all phones. as usual with the reps, she couldnt give me any info on when it would be back up.

    I had a data outage from 3pm to 8pm. Called verizon at 6pm...told them I was pissed!!...its okay....got a $25 credit on my bill!!
