    I had the BB 8703e with Verizon and just upgraded to the STORM. When I had the 8703e 1 of my 4 email address did not work properly. I have 3 yahoo accounts and 1 AOL. The one that did not work properly was from Yahoo. The issue was that emails would either never come to my bb (but worked fine on the computer) or they would be delayed hrs or even days coming to the BB. Since the old BB supported Yahoo 2 Go I was able to always check that one account that didnt work throughh there. Verizon tried to trouble shoot it and never was able to fix it. They claimed it was Yahoo. But how come the other 2 yahoo accounts worked fine??? They deleted the emails, sent service books, re-registered..etc. Anyway I gave up since I had Yahoo 2 Go as a back-up. When I upgraded to the Storm that one buggy email suddenly started working again. For a couple of days all 4 email addresses worked fine. All emails came through right away. But guess what???? Now my 1 AOL is suffering from that issue. The same bug that the one Yahoo account had has now hit the AOL account. I never chaged any email setting on the web.
    Has anyone ever experienced this issue and how has it been resolved?

    Try logging into BIS and resending Service Books
