This is not a true confirmation but is based off of similar acitvity based on previous OS releases. Everytime Verizon puts out an OS update, they ALWAYS upgrade the native VZ Navigator to be compatible. I looked on the Verizon Application Center today and they released a VZ Navigator update to version 4.2.21.40 which is the EXACT SAME version that was installed on my BlackBerry when I installed the .122 OS.

Once again this is just speculation based on the way Verizon has done it in the past however I would def put a bet that a Verizon .122 update is around the corner.

Just lets stop speculating on when verizon will drop an o.s. Let us just enjoy our leaks. These topics never turn out well. Trust me.

Hey at least the OP is using some sort of intuition in making this statement... Better than "an insider VZW/BB told me..."!

I, for one, hope you are right because that would be a nice tool to know when updates are imminent. If nothing else I hope its soon so I can wipe all these hybrid/leaks on my phone and start fresh with a supported OS!
