These questions are directed to the "Masters", "Abusers", and software warriors out there.
Is there a difference between upgrading an OS from the official .75 version to a new leaked OS (without wiping of course)? Or is it best to ALWAYS wipe, and then install?
Could the leaked OS's be programmed to work better jumping off from the .75 version, as that is how everyone "Should" be upgrading their Storms once an official release is approved and available OTA.
I'm thinking if there is a difference, this could speak to all the variation in issues people are experiencing.

It doesn't matter if you're updating to a leaked build or an officially sanctioned one, the process is the same. The only difference would come if you're doing an OTA build, which at present, can only be done when the carrier pushes it out for an official release.
