    I installed the uograde on my computer - It shows up on my desktop manager but i cant get it to show the upgrade when i plug in my phone?
    even if i search for upgrages?
    any suggestions?

    unplug your internet cord or turn off the internet...it might be searching online for a new update rather than updating from the DM

    First, the is sub forum has a great sticky on this topic.

    Second, run the loader.exe in c program files common files research in motion all loader. Its the same as installing using dm
