If you are referring to the BES, you will need to get with your BES administrator.

If you don't have a Blackberry Enterprise Server then you will not be able to do a wireless sync of calenadar and contacts. I believe you can plug in and sync with a cord. If you are not on BES then you will need to use a 3rd party sync application such as Astrasync. It is $50 per year and works very well. Good Luck.

Actually, if you're not on a BES, just install the Blackberry Desktop Manager and hard sync with outlook.
