the updates everyone is referring to are leaked UNOFFICIAL OSs. There is an official OS more that is better than .65 and that is .75. It should upgrade your phone over the air. You should also be able to go to the Blackberry web site and download it to your computer for upgrading through you BB DM (desk manager). If you are new to BBs you may not want to try upgrading the leaked OSs. You can get the info on how to upgrade by looking into the sticky threads on this page and going to the How-To sub-forum on this site.

Make sure you update your DM to the latest version (4.7 build 50 I think) and search the forums for the proper way to do a clean install of an OS on your BlackBerry.

Also, as of now, I would recommend installing OS .103. I haven't had much time with it but I think it is a little bit better than OS .99.
