When the storms hit the markets in the UK/US, I imagine it won't take long for them to be unlocked.

But, if I get an unlocked one to use with my orange sim, will i lose the ability to get mms and wap/internet functions, seeing as this as a vodafone only phone and has never been designed to be used with orange settings?

I just want to know before I bother getting further tempted.

If everything will work just fine, then the temptation rises. If not, then I will drop the idea of getting one quicker than my last ex-girlfriend.

The last unlocked phone I bought was a while ago. It was a phone that hadnt been released by my carrier and never was, and so the only things that worked were calling and sms. Would this be the case here??

Any ideas?? Or will it by guess work until it actually comes out??

In theory it your functions would be able to work if you could load service books on the phone. If you search through the bold forums people have been able to load service books onto unlocked bolds to be able to use on tmobile. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I hope this helps some.
