ok i just got my first blackberry. its a unlocked storm. i am using it on att the pervious user had it on verizon. i followed the instructions on getting the setting for att in the phone and it all went in good. but no acess to the browser or email. my question is since the phone was origianlly used on verizon and the pin and imei numbers were setup with their network do i need to change it to the att network. thanks in advance

What kind on plan do you have is old ATT or new, do you have BIS?

my account is about 2 years old. i cannot get bis. when i go to the site to register it tells me the pin is already in use

I have a regular data plan (not a blackberry) so I install Opera Mini browser 4.2 and now I am using internet with no problem
