Question, my friend have verizon and if i let him use my blackberry storm and activat over to his phone, is there anyway verizon is unblock the network and reactivate it again? im so depress right now.
I just used uniquephones and had my storm unlocked in less than 3 minutes.

As much as I agree with you about people jumping to conclusions and making irresponsible post, people make mistakes and the OP admitted it was his issue as well as the other guy that ordered an unlock code. Not to mention UniquePhones responded with what I consider very good customer service, offering refunds even when the users were clearly at fault. I have Verizon and have been a customer for a while, so I can get my unlock for free, but would SERIOUSLY consider using UniquePhones just because of how he/she/they handled this situation.
Everyone makes mistakes, but there is something to be said for admitting fault. Maybe the OP or an admin can edit the thread title so it doesn't sound negative, but positive because of how UniquePhones handled the case(s)? Personally, that is what I would do. :)
You are right....The thread name seems to put UniquePhones in a bad light,,they went above and beyond what was necessary..IMO Unique Phones SHOULDNT have refunded the money....The OP messed up not the company...and if the OP doesnt know enough about his/her phone to know who it was locked to, then they probably shouldnt be messing with it anyway....There are alot of noobs here who read posts and think they are competent to do mods and OS upgrades and then they are the first ones who post saying they bricked their phones and ask for help...I'm not a doctor and know nothing about medicine, so I dont try to cure myself when I am sick...I know my limitations, and some of these people should learn theirs too

I Ordered an unlock code for my BB and the website said it was $19.99, but I was charged $34.99 and I did not noticed this in paypal when I sent the payment (my mistake)... now I did receive the code and it worked fine, happy on this side, but I opened a ticket about this overcharge and all I got was a response from Jeff saying that I should have alredy received the code (I did not open the ticket to ask for the code but to ask about the overcharge)...
I updated the ticket again asking about the overcharge and no response yet...

I haven't used UniquePhones, but seriously doubt they are the only vendor that messes up. Please show me the vendor that has a perfect record.
Every vendor screws up and no system is perfect. But the companies and people who look to correct mistakes and provide good customer service are the ones that will receive the business, well SHOULD at least. Again, this thread really should be changed because so far, 3 people I have counted have had their orders managed with very good customer service, 2 of which really should have been SOL, but guy at UP cut them a break ANYWAYS.
I'm having an issue with the 3 UniquePhones Codes, But I Guess I will have to wait for the ticket to be answered. I paid twice because I made a mistake by putting T-Mobile as the Service Provider Instead of Verizon, But when I placed another order and changed the Service Provider to Verizon I was sent the same codes and I'm now down to 3 attempts. My Order Numbers Are 505263 & 504419. All I want is a code that work and a refund for the second order.
