    tried using new storm 9500 to talk to automated services,
    'waste of time' when asked to enter numbers or symbols I
    brought up key pad & entered numbers but the automated services do not respond. Is this a problem on the storm or am I just doing it wrong

    It's not a problem on my storm, but as far as why it's not working on yours, I have no idea
