can anyone help me with this? Backup hangs when it gets to Map Location and it gives me an error saying it couldn't be backed up. I've tried to manually clear that entry but it refuses to go away.

Back up errors are often due to Browser Cache. Clear the Browser Data Cache and see if it helps. I suggest clearing it in DM>Backup/Restore>Advanced

I had the same exact thing, and Verizon couldn't figure it out. Finally, they got Blackberry support on the line, and they had me go into advanced in DM and clear the browser cache. That was the problem.

yeah that should work, and if not go to backup then advanced then just uncheck the one that seems to be giving you trouble
