    I'm trying to upgrade to .109, but when attempting to back up/restore using DM I get the error "ERROR Backing up Database(s)" when it get's to messages. I've cleared my cache. I dunno what to do from here. Please help

    I generally clear content cache, pushed content, & cookie cache and it works fine for me

    Advance b/u clear cache from device redo back up. Works everytime

    Ya I had that problem a while back, and have it every other time I upgrade. It's the Browser Cache. Just clear that and you're good.

    what they said. You dont have to clear everything, just the browser cache. I have to clear it everytime I backup now. Its annoying, but it works.
