Trying to log into BIS site? Can't locate ESN #?

Please help I got two gmail accounts on my Storm, need to fix this? Thanks

You don't know where your ESN is? Pop the battery should be under there, I think IMEI is the same number

You can use the email settings app on the storm to get right into the BIS site. But you can find your ESN number on the box or under the battery of the storm.

Go to Options/Status to find your IMEI without battery pull.
