I'm trying to download the update that showed up on the phone, and it says I have to delete 14 mb so there's enough room for the update. I looked in the options at app memory and I only have 5mb available. I don't have much on here... what's going on? what should I delete? It says to delete "personal data" - is that photos etc?

first of all, pull the battery. when you put it back in, you'll probably have 20+ mb free.

Next, delete visual voice mail and vz navigator.
You can also delete help, memo pad, word mole, brickbreaker, and all the other apps you want to create enough room for sure.

Then you update.
Then you re-install whatever apps you want.
I did that last night on a friends phone.

Thank you! Just pulling the battery freed up 25mb, more than enough to download the update!
