I am going to the bb site for the update, and whe I click it, the app loader comes up. At that point the error message comes up saying, "An error has occurred while connecting to the service. Pleae check your internet connection or try again later."
I keep trying to download the update. I have tried to pull it up on my phone throgh the wireless update and it tells me there is no update available. When I try to download it through DM, it tells me the sam thing. Any suggestions.
